If you submit the demo form, we collect your name, email address, the service you're interested in, your line of work, and your phone number if you choose to give it. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We don't use these to identify individuals.
We use it only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms and arrive in a Google Workspace / Gmail inbox. The site is hosted by Vercel and DNS is provided by Blacknight. Each of these processes data on our behalf. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy terms, not ours.
Enquiries are kept while we're in contact with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Some of our providers process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, they do so under the safeguards set out in their own data processing terms.
